- 2 weeks passed and I pinged them on the support ticket.
- On 09/01/2025, HOSTSLIM said they opened a ticket with Paddle, which is probably their payment gateway
- On 16/01/2025, I asked again and no respond till now (23/01/2025)
And I noticed that their offer thread is not active since January 13. Interesting.

bro read their trustpilot reviews thia proivider is fault everyone say they ignore refund requet or suspend vms they dont bother responding to these reviews anymore just do chargeback with ur bank with that evidence

You should add a process to check that refunds have been paid out before it escalates to forum threads mate
In the gateway it says refunded. Looks like some kind of API call problem in Paddle. Looking into this. It's not like we did not want to refund

So what? You should have told me that it is seemingly refunded on your end, instead of keep ignoring my ticket.
And what's wrong with your ticket system? That ticket was automatically closed multiple times because YOU failed to respond in 120hrs. What's on your mind? Is it even logical to auto-close a ticket in 'Custom reply' status?
