How fast were you hoping for? Getting close to 10Gbps to another network in the same city and over 1Gbps to another continent seems pretty good to me.
LA is a bit low, but if that's your use case, getting a server in Singapore probably wasn't the wisest choice.

My home connected with 1Gbps FTTH
I got 4 screenshots, different times to Speedtest.SG and to Speetest.net SG Servers that showing only 300Mbps average.
Is that fast ? NO
Why would I need Singapore or nearby servers if I got with VPS Slower than my home.
I complained a lot
that there is bandwidth limitation / speed limitations
and yet, denial always comes first

I'm guessing this is rhetorical and you don't in fact want an enumerated list of reasons why.
You own results show their network is fine.
Perhaps, and this is a shocking thing to suggest, perhaps the problem is with the other network.
I know from previous experience that Advin is honest and extremely good in their niche if you want a high-RAM VPS.
It's definitely a headache if you have unreal expectations.
Anyone tried tailscale vpn over intercity/country/continent measured speed? I use basic wireguard setup, all traffic routed there, but there option for peer to peer but painful to configure them.
Someone in this forum mentioned (possibly ralf) tailscale, I saw few videos, chatgpt, it confirm peer to peer, subnet and lot many in easy way, the free plan support 3 users, 100 devices, it uses wireguard.
Anyone tried tailscale, observed network drop (20-25%) fine to me, but wanted peer to peer , wanted for kafka dc replication demonstration and testing.
