If you're asking do I trust them to come up with a pyramid scheme where the only people who can make money are them, where providers get less money, they are expected to bend to the will of a single-person startup and write a load of glue code using their API to make it easier for customers to migrate away from them, or where customers pay more than going direct to the providers, have fewer guarantees, don't even have a direct contract with the provider so any abuse by any of the middle man's customers could cause their other customers to get cut off, where if the middleman goes bust the customer and providers lose everything, and if you mean can use AI to generate stock marketing schpeil instead of answering simple questions, and then pivots to giving away a free unlimited VPN with limits and that isn't free, in a blatant grab just to get people's personal details, if you mean all that, then yeah, I trust that they do that quite well.
For anything else, I'll pass thanks.

yes, Racknerd has great service and their customer service is really great too. I've also had experiences with "other providers" and their customer support being poor.
