Try stopping and starting your server! I see, that we gave you +1G ram. In the morning, I'll post a comment with the new upgrades (previous requests). Wanted to do it yesterday, but the issue with fiber needed to be handled asap.
Sorry for the bit late reaction; due to illness of a friend some things have been upside down timewise for the last 18 hours, but I have some info in my monitoring and will try to compile an overview that I can send to accompany a ticket.
@Chunkserve, @BackboneDirect: Ticket has been created, CC to BackboneDirect. As mentioned in the ticket/mail: it could very well be that the DWDM optics was already a bit flaky before really failing; since the major outage yesterday I've not seen a dropout (but that could be too early to tell). If it happens again I'll do a follow-up in ticket/mail.

Replied to you on the ticket! We do not have any outage or issue. It's strictly connected with that vm. Answer my question on a ticket and we will fix it!

Just curious: which node are you on (I'm on node06)? Could be valuable info. Already reported it to Chunkserve (and Backbonedirect) along with some additional info that should narrow the cause.

Please also share more information how you're easuring it - if it's ie. TCP probe, ICMP ping check etc. ICMP can also be sometimes ratelimited, both by us and sometimes other provider side (had such situation before). There's no issues on our internal monitoring (probes every 15s). Changing a node won't do anything, since it's not issue with that (overall infra).
I think we can do that soon, but let's first rack it!

Have you run a network route trace with flags enabled? I recommend for a distributed network analysis for debugging your specific problem.

@Chunkserve: Sorry for not responding earlier - my day/time rhythm is quite conventional. I understand that there is a cause found (for everyone thinking "change my node": it doesn't appear to be node related) and was/is not IPv6 related, I see this issue only on IPv4 at this moment.
For everyone who have been affected: a solution for this issue is on it's way, but not implemented yet. Can confirm that it still happens, and am confident that it will be taken care of. Also heard some exciting other stuff under way that will benefit all current and future customers
To be clear: I'm not affiliated with involved parties, I'm just a customer who was dealing with this issue and shared as much details as possible of what I was experiencing (a networking background helps in this) - for the future: if someone experiences problems, try to give as much detailed info (in a ticket) as possible and what I've seen is that it's looked at.
