To be honest, the main reason people I know buying BuyVM LUX is because of the lax DMCA policy. Otherwise the pricing is far from attractive😶.

Yep, NL is increasingly boring. Not a bad location, quite the contrary, but a location basically getting thrown on people by a shit ton of providers.
I quite like my VPSs in NO (hint: it seems both power and connectivity are plenty available there and not too expensive) but would also welcome a swiss location (just don't expect free speech or anything formerly typical for CH).
