I would like to know how to get on the waiting list. I applied to a North American company. Do I need to provide an equipment list and an ISP contract?
You need to provide proof to ARIN that you actually do have "brick and mortar" presence and do business in ARIN region.
And yes, that's a direct quote from ARIN. You have to provide contracts to a physical property in ARIN region. Depending on the analyst you get assigned to, it can get easier or harder from this point on.
We were required to show employee payrolls and many more.
Not even a direct email from Hurricane Electric confirming doing business with us was apparently enough for ARIN.
So, long story short, you must do real business there, not just throw a couple of invoices from shady providers.
Thank you for your patience, because I am a novice and don't know much about this aspect. I need to know more about this issue.
Open a ticket with ARIN and they'll clear it for you.
