    Ahh the homelab is still in backlog can't decide with hardware and can't find any used b550 or x570 from Asus or asrock.

    You can't buy most things in India you see in US like 2nd hand PC's etc while being quite affordable. I'm yet to find a marketplace like ebay which gives bang for a buck!

    Refurbished are simply fixed and sold back to market, recertified are tested by manufacturer for various reasons before entering in market, recertified are better choices for me as I don't want to see my drives dead randomly.

    They aren't available in India maybe they don't do that here....

    I dont really trust refurbished or recertified drives but i guess it depends what you are doing with them. I have enogh fear of losing data as it is

    Do they come with renewed warranties typically as well? Maybe that would put me at ease a bit.. a warranty with data recovery services.
