We haven't had a chance to mail out our regular (non-LET reader) customers yet. So most likely it'll get extended a couple more weeks, since I didn't want to send out a message about the plans in the middle of the holidays.
If I have an existing plan is it possible to increase the payment period from say 1 to 3 years and apply the 20% code to get that discounted pricing in place, or would I need to sign up for a new plan?

Does this service have split domain functionality? This is where mailboxes that don't exist on the server are delivered to a different server that I specify.
This is how I have slowly migrated email services in the past.
Does mail hosting allow whitelisting at the user, domain name, and/or account levels? Just trying to figure out the best way to unblock senders.

We take hourly offsite backups as of a week or so ago.
Adding the ability for a user to receive backups will take some planning.
