    If they are watching if you use p2p, its not a good proxy :)

    That's important as well. But, generally there are many providers who do block P2P traffic. I guess it's easy to identify without using personal or other identifiable data as all they have to do is block P2P protocol altogether

    They actually told me to get VPN to torrent and said that it was fine for them in that case

    Oh yes. I use PHP for almost everything back end then. But, I do offload stuff that can be handled by JS to JS.

    Hahahahah you can actually watch it easily on the net. Just type north Korea tv and you will get to a site where you can watch live broadcast from their TV and even archives. I'm watching a cartoon called Boy General. Will review it soon here

    Hahahahah you can actually watch it easily on the net. Just type north Korea tv and you will get to a site where you can watch live broadcast from their TV and even archives. I'm watching a cartoon called Boy General. Will review it soon here

    Oh yes, they are just basically anti-American stuff. Fun fact is I heard their TV stations only broadcast from morning to night. After some time in the night, they just stop broadcasting till morning.
