    Anyone managed to get the outgoing SMTP server under Settings -> Connectivity -> SMTP account set up for another Cranemail hosted domain?

    Migrated everything over last night but this is the one speedbump I'm having. :(

    It works fine for me for a non-Cranemail SMTP account but I can't get it to work for any alternate Cranemail domains using us1.workspace.org as server (using port 465, SSL/TLS and trying both the account password as well as the MAPI and SMTP passwords (I have 2fa set up)).

    If I use username@domain as authenticated user I receive an authorisation fail, if I just use the username I receive a "SMTP_TEST_RESULTS_INDEX WAS OUTSIDE THE BOUNDS OF THE ARRAY. ".

    Only other feedback for webmail client would be to have some way to show flagged messaged up above all other email. Only option at present is to filter flagged out but that doesn't show non-flagged below them.

    Ah you need to make or use the app password then.

    I used the app password that is listed under Smartermail Web Frontend -> Settings -> Account -> Two-Step Auth -> IMAP/POP/SMTP but the system isn't accepting it.

    Also tried to reset that pw and no dice :(

    Ticket is CRANE-7587 and it's repeatable (yay!) so hopefully a quick fix :)

    We are actively working on rclone and the SM devs are working on WebDAV.

    @Francisco how long does DNS verification take normally? I've updated the records and mxtoolbox reports the correct MX / SPF / DNS records but the Cranemail portal is still reporting a pending status

    Edit: my other domains verified very quickly, just the .co.uk domain seems to not be updating

    We check every minute so it should be fine. Ticket and I can look.

    On the dev side, you can now set the default language of a domain in the cranemail create/edit pages. Editing only applies it to new users, not actives. Maybe we should have a 'propagate' option?

    I had this issue and it was the co.uk that took a while to show as correct. A good few hours.

    Possibly caching somewhere. For now we query 4.2.2.1 and 8.8.8.8. I’ll see about us just running our own resolvers for it.
