It has been added with the unique value of
/profile/notificationspopin?TransientKey=xxxxxxxxxxxxto prevent accidental logouts. Only the unique value is accepted, allowing you to be logged out.I usually click on the quoted name and look in the comments and hope it's a recent one.
If you quote by selecting part of their text and clicking the Quote popup it adds a link back to the original message. Shame the normal quote doesn't do the same.

Agreed. Selecting text and clicking quote from there also doesn't keep formatting when you select the text (e.g. strikethrough, bold, italic etc.), so that's not perfect either.
