Possibly a stupid question, but how do you access your storage VPS drive? In the control panel it is only showing the 15GB drive. Do you guys see your correct storage drive? Or did they mistakenly assigned me someone else's 15 GB VPS instead of the storage VPS.

    What's the output of this?

    lsblk

If its only 15GB then they must have not assigned 1TB or 500GB Storage drive to you.
Just drop a ticket to them & ask them to mount it for you.

If you only see 15 GB instead of 1015 GB in the control panel, you should open a ticket. That was the case with my $5/yr storage VPS, but they added the HDD quite fast after opening a ticket.

Initially I thought they are giving some random free upgrades, but when I saw 5 additional VMs in my panel... I realized that staff needs more training & some audit/checks in place before delivering VMs to their customers.

Same happened with me. Did the email of the user contain the word perf? Next to the 5 more vps?

No... It seems like they created by mistake or multiple people were working on same ticket. So most likely each one of them created it for me. or may be some Virtualizor bug.

But its not good... If it would have come across some MJJ, they would have taken undue advantage & abused those 5 additional VPS.

Did you had any "pending" service related to the cancelled invoices? Could those be the services mistakenly provisioned by a different team member.

Well the hostname which is unique for each service, all 5 VMs had same host name. Which indicates they were duplicated. That service was active for me.

Check it's there by running lsblk will show as vdb

    The run the following

    sudo mkfs.ext4 /dev/vdb

Create mnt eg sudo mkdir -p /mnt/disk01

Mount it sudo mount /dev/vdb /mnt/disk01

To make it permanent add it to fstab

Thanks, it doesn't show up under lsblk. Another user here mentioned that they had the same issue, the storage drive was missing and it was added by support after raising a ticket. So, I'm waiting for support fix mine as well.

. I liked this BF vipe. Look for additional services from @DigiRDP as in. For compute, I still prefer Europe zone, German low end providers. Wish best years 2025 to all.

  • If anyone is interested in 2GB ram 1TB storage at $15/y renewal (BF Flash offer) then send me DM otherwise I'll ask for cancellation as I no longer need it.
