What RAM do you see in the CP?
Linux doesn’t show full hardware RAM.
In the https://console.webpillar.co.uk/server/ I see 172.55 MB of 926.15 MB used but here https://my.kuroit.com/clientarea.php?action=productdetails&id= I see 1024MB

Yesterday when I t r died applying the coupons , cart showed the correct amount but stripe and invoice $12.
Later the invoices cancelled.
Now today I see all the orders/ invoices opened and charged?
So I don't need to submit a support ticket to upgrade to 2GB. Mine was delivered with 1GB.
I also attempted to place an order, but the coupon didn’t work for me either.
Well coupon worked. But system charged full price. I didn't make payment
Invoice auto cancelled
Now after 12 hours Invoice open again and charged full price and order is activated
