Yes, they delivered mine with 2GB RAM. There were 2 flash sales, only later came with 2GB RAM.

It's coupon-based. The plan is shipped with 1GB only, you can see some people got their VPS with just 1GB, perhaps because the provider made a mistake provisioning the orders or couldn't manually change specs for all of them.

I think their support adjusted the 1 in 1024 to a 2 but didn’t bother with the 24 to 48
