Wow I joined. Thanks noob.
Go for 4K now.
I am not medication guy apart from my allergic meds.
I don't know I am not into youtube should I create one and upload for you later?
Tried running rm -rf / on Alpine's Docker image and it's the only one I got to run without throwing the warning I saw on Ubuntu and Fedora. So, Ig, Alpine doesn't have inbuilt failsafe against the dreaded command. It did though fail to remove some system failed, example:-
rm: can't remove '/sys/module/virtio_net/parameters/napi_tx': Read-only file systemI meant someone who only has Allopathic meds.
You got a channel?
That I don't... I try to avoid medicines...
Nah... Should I create one?
The Doctor friends not allopathic Doctors?
Alpine good and smol, i approve π
They are but I try to avoid meds... Well can't do anything for allergies gotta consume meds...
It'd definitely be a good idea to do tutorials on varied topics you are knowledgeable on. Would definitely love to see the home lab.
With some time, might just move the whole webserver to Alpine.
ready. I will monitor
Homelab is getting an upgrade maybe in a month or two.
You are right. It's better not to get hooked on to Allopathic meds. That's a good approach you got there.
Lmk, if you want me to tag if there's one.
My webserver is fine with Debian Thx!
Go go go 444 this time...
Share deets. And, what are you gonna do with the older components. Or, do you just mean the 400Mbps connection you mentioned on the Megathread?
May be slowly, not at a single stretch.. and also the thread is under watch..
I was talking about mine. Have it on Ubuntu. Couldn't be happier. But, I have a habit of ruining a perfectly working thing.
Thinking of either going with am4 as I have a spare 3500x or get some xeon e5 v4 it's hard...
Intermediate stop at 444. Then, we gonna aim for 1000!
Sure, slow and steady is the way to go.
On the radar π
