What is Pavhost?

Centos 6, 1 GB RAM, 2 vCPU, 40 GB Disk, 1 IPv4
This system supports unix-like permissions, other users keep mistakenly setting "group" and "other" permissions on their VPSes; which allow you to manage and see their VPSes. I will have to restrict this in the future it seems.
