I don't know. But repairing an old lappy is always risk, we don't know whats next.. I mean if its cheap to repair ok, but if the amount is somewhat considerable, adding more and investing in new one works better for me.

Awesome. TCL TVs have gotten better over time. Just make sure that you do research before you start using them though. Some of them have bad EMMCs. The solution is to never use the native Android/OS on them and instead use something like a Fire Stick.

Yup 98 was most succesful iirc. XP later made windows the most stable OS at that time. and also the looks were modern for that time.
