    That’s the right thing to do as mentioned by me last week as well. You should be getting vps pretty soon and if your experience is anything like mine … be ready to be a “cheerleader” of HH

  • I have to say that HH has a very fast response especially during the Christmas holidays. They even answered the ticket in just 12 hours. Also, they didn't give the penalty about this delivery request with any time reset. The good news is that I can get my server IN 2024, thank you! Here is the answer from HH Support:

  • Closed mouths don’t get fed? Why doesn’t HH just clarify publicly? Do they really want people flooding in with tickets to ask about the delivery date? Clearly, that’s not the result they want to see.

    I have mentioned this last week as well. The delivery time reset applies only for unnecessary ticket opened in first two weeks

    That's usually the way with 24h time-limited offers! :p

    Hosthatch usually do 2 or 3 deals per year though, so if you saw something you like, keep your eyes open for the next one.

    I opened a ticket on 23rd December and sent it to INFO department. No response at all.

    If anyone is unhappy about the singapore/hkg/tokyo storage plans, hit me up. I'm happy to buy over. i had an account with HH since 2021-2023, that met my needs without any disruptions.

    i would be happy to continue supporting HH - if you aren't.
