    I don't know if you are interested, but intermittent fasting really helps. Or atleast having strict timing in meals, and no in betewen snacks.

    yeah, i consume too much calories and coffee, need to control these as well.......

    You should not take any of these in fasting time.

    the last try failed......... so imma thinking of trying to reduce my calories intake first before controlling my caffeine needs...

    Initially I wanted to start a hosting service of my own. (@dustinc has been a big inspiration!) But I am still figuring out exactly where I want to go with it after taking such a long break.

    I usually build everything from scratch. and build custom CMSs.. But sure can help you if you need help with the Wordpress site.

    I'm much more a backend/code type of developer, doing the pretty stuff just isn't my thing! I can do it... but UGH. :#

    You can do the backend coding as well. cool.. then its easy for you to find some good template and customize it.
