    are you sure..... i have been there and it doesn't help a bit... no matter what material things we require...... it just won't go away.....

    On a serious note, it helps if I feel less stressed. Trying that way. Started workouts recently.

    sounds like you know the reason... for me it took me months to realize the issue and i had to change my entire lifestyle just so i can stay focused on my studies at that time... then something happened irl lost my mother got my allergies all messed up and now it took 3 years just to stabilize myself...

    yeah been like 3 years since i got my self out from my sed period of life, it's just great going since then.

    I don't know if you are interested, but intermittent fasting really helps. Or atleast having strict timing in meals, and no in betewen snacks.

    You should not take any of these in fasting time.
