    I disagree completely, no moral obligation to increase the 250G - it's already a great deal (and I have one). Those that invest more of their funds in the future of lifetime plans reap the rewards!

    Agreed, but if you say "plan will be the best value we will ever have get it now" then that was incorrect. Hence morally they should keep it in line with others.

    I have the deal and am not bothered if it is increased but this does seem (to me) unfair, irrespective of more expensive options have better perks as they were not available initially when many 250G packages were purchased.

    I thought that they simply said that the price of the lowest lifetime plan would only go up with time

    I suspect that if you really wanted to upgrade to a higher lifetime plan, this would be possible. (Otherwise I'm not sure what your point is)

    It would be really nice if NameCrane could offer a subscription feature like Mailchimp.

    This would reduce the abuse of mass emailing by users, give recipients the freedom to subscribe and unsubscribe, and make NameCrane users more inclined to send emails to subscribers.

    Also, aside from compliance, there are hundreds of different cases where you have to cheat the remote mail server to get delivery (in case of different bugs or misconfiguration).

    It’s like a courier service: you tell FedEx to deliver something from one point to another, and you don’t care what difficulties they might run into along the way—wars, traffic jams on rivers, bad flying weather.

    If, instead of making the delivery, you start making excuses, you cannot call yourself a high-end company. A regular mail carrier with mediocre service—fine.

    We need to get GDPR stuff sorted before we'll be viable in EU anyway.

    I need to work on a DPA (or better, hire a firm to handle it) at minimum. We need to revise some parts of our privacy policy too.
