You may check if you have a self shutdown configured. Virtualizor does have that option!

I can't find that option in the Virtualizor

EDIT: I found it and no it's not enabled

  • Hmm weird, my vps is offline by itself, i didn't opt for self shutdown.
last night i was installing some stuff, but this morning i cant access it. my uptime kuma record it started offline at 2024-12-22 01:00:01 GMT+7. when i login to chunkserve page my vps is offline, i press start the it online again.
    What happen there?? @Chunkserve

@Chunkserve you there? kindly attend to my ticket #VNI-806597 please, I am having 2 vps whenever 1 server is down and once I booted it up manually, the other server will go offline itself and vice versa, the issue is driving me nuts. I've services with other nl provider with uptime > 3 years, chunkserve server's uptime is by day/week, all these issue only leads to endless frustration.

Do they have the same nic mac address or IP?

    @Chunkserve
I've found out inside the virtualizor setting my vps primary ip is set to different ip other than the delivered server ip, could this be the reason whenever somebody else start his server my vps will go down and vice versa? Is it because some of the servers allocated with shared ip from the ip pool? Anyone familiar with server virtualization answer this please? 2 of my server not useable because of daily downtime since the purchase......

Make your VPS IP the same as what's shown in Virtualizor.

Are the 4 core and 3 core plans on different hosts, or just randomly assigned?
(The YABS above show the 3 core plans more performant for single and multicore tasks).

No, inside your Linux VPS, change the networking to match the IP in virtualizor.

I think when the hostnode is under memory pressure it starts killing VPS instances hence the VM goes offline and has to be started again

  • I don't think it's everyone. I have two and haven't had any issues with that.

I have 3 servers with you and they take turn to shutdown daily, never one time all my 3 servers are up together.

This is the second time my VPS was randomly stopped. Time to investigate

My VPS was randomly stopped for over ten hours today for no reason, and I have sent a ticket without receiving any response or announcement. Restarting Vps in the user area is invalid.

I just tried turning off the power again, and after turning it back on, it returned to normal.

  • never happened, solid node and service.
