If the people behind you want to buy, please be careful. The response to the work order is super slow. It feels like a one-person team. If the vps fails, it will definitely not be handled in time.

I am deeply sorry about 24h wait time. VPS was created around the time I replied, but I forgot to add VPS UUID to the WHMCS product. I totally know your side, so there is no issue with the refund!

We issued it. We're using mollie as the gateway (that is also communicating with PayPal). The current status of the request on the gateway side is "processing". From our side, everything is done, and you should receive the money really soon. There's no need to create 5 tickets with the same message.
Again, I totally know your side and POV. I know, that you waited 24hours, and I'm deeply sorry about that. Please, can you just not assume how the entire operation works, based on just delay, that I'm sorry for? There's couple of people working with us, and we're now in process of getting another person for support team!
