Recently, we announced another prefix, and we will be able to do it! - thst is the cause of the delay. There is no situation, where we didn’t reply for such time :)

    Oh, so IPv6 RDNS is possible now? Guess I have to ping on my ticket... (edit: ticket JCC-755030 updated)

    I would kindly ask you to give us some time. As I mentioned earlier, we were waiting for the new subnet. Some things aren't asap. I know that you want to do it urgently, but not everything is possible. After the DNS servers will be delegated on the provider side; I'll update your records.

    No :) I just need to get my DNS servers assigned by provider :/ That's at the moment cause of delay. I would like to do it for you now, but that is the cause

  • I paid for several days, but the vps has not been activated. Now I am asking for a refund, and then I am dragging my feet. I reply to the ticket every 24 hours, but no refund.

  • If the people behind you want to buy, please be careful. The response to the work order is super slow. It feels like a one-person team. If the vps fails, it will definitely not be handled in time.

    Essentially, since tickets are processed in order from oldest to newest, every time you reply, your ticket will likely be moved to the back of the queue...

    Hi! Yesterday, my colegue issued a refund. You should get the money asap.

    I am deeply sorry about 24h wait time. VPS was created around the time I replied, but I forgot to add VPS UUID to the WHMCS product. I totally know your side, so there is no issue with the refund!

    We issued it. We're using mollie as the gateway (that is also communicating with PayPal). The current status of the request on the gateway side is "processing". From our side, everything is done, and you should receive the money really soon. There's no need to create 5 tickets with the same message.

    Again, I totally know your side and POV. I know, that you waited 24hours, and I'm deeply sorry about that. Please, can you just not assume how the entire operation works, based on just delay, that I'm sorry for? There's couple of people working with us, and we're now in process of getting another person for support team! :)

    I'm again deeply sorry for that and hope everything will be good! If mollie does not process the refund in the upcomming hours, I'll cancel it and do it directly via PP!
