lol I'm fighting with a company to have them remove my details

Completely gave up on it, but now trying to at least get them to remove my details from their support portal, powered by Freshbooks

Fuckers just keep telling me "freshbooks is a separate company" like I'm some retard

Now they just close the ticket on repeat and when they close it I just send:

Sadly, the only way you'll get me to stop reopening the ticket, is to remove my details from your Freshbooks account.

Since you refuse to remove my acccount, I'll keep replying to this ticket.

Thank you for continuing the conversation, we'll have fun I assure you!

I kind of got them cornered because they'll either have to endure my spam or do exactly what I requested for them to do :D

    Update will follow

I sent them a link to Freshdesk showing how to remove my details

He kept on saying I need to contact Freshdesk

So I once again explained the situation and provided the link for a second time

It's been on pending for like 20 minutes now so MAYBE he realizes he's wrong

But he honestly seems stupid as fuck, no clue how he got the job in the first place
