    Well, there are about 3 outages lasting anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours every day for the last week.     It's the Frankfurt region, yes. The novnc shows journald-errors and filesystem timeouts when it happens. Should I request anything in the tickets or is it supposed to just work, now that the cluster is up, as you say?

    Yes, it should just work, you shouldn't have any issues now, the root cause for the instability has been found and fixed. Also all the servers are being migrated to the new Frankfurt cluster seamlessly.

    You can configure it from the https://portal.massivegrid.com: Domains -> Manage DNS -> Manage Reverse DNS.
