Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Snow Saturday
What becomes of this thread when Christmas arrives?
regards
Waiting for NEW Year LET Event / Thread..
Thank you @ShockHosting Want to try your Singapore location
I'd like to re-ignite my datahoarders.org project to get data archival of important stuff around the internet going again!
I just want to try the $75/year VPS
Thanks to @ShockHosting for the gift
Thank you @ShockHosting and @beanman109 - I want to win a free VPS because I never tried so expensive one.
Well virtualization might not actually be disabled on this host. VM-x is for Intel processors, and AMD-V is for AMD processors, but this node has a Neoverse N1 architecture which is ARM based.
Yabs checks for CPU flags in
/proc/cpuinfo. Specifically it looks for the flagsvmx(Intel VT-x), orsvm(AMD AMD-V) so it doesn't look for ARM stuff.I believe the virtualization extensions for ARM Neoverse N1 is the
vheCPU flag so try running the below command to see if that host has it:they finally deploy my vm without having me send my id to them. i m now netcup material.
Mine in AT
Thank you @ShockHosting and @beanman109 I want a free VPS for Idle, and/or random things
I want to add it on my idle list. Thank you @ShockHosting!!
Here is cpu flags :
fp asimd evtstrm aes pmull sha1 sha2 crc32 atomics fphp asimdhp cpuid asimdrdm lrcpc dcpop asimddp@ShockHosting has graciously agreed to match my giveaway with TWO extra VPS. So I'll start it off by giving away one of them now, I'll drop some extra giveaways over the next 24 hours so that no timezones are missing out.
Thankyou @ShockHosting, this year i loose blackfriday day, please give me a chance to win it
Why does it feels so quiet here
Let's gooooo
MOARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Hmm yeah I don't see anything related to virtualization there but it is possible the Linux kernel is just not listing it. I think the only way to know is to try some software that uses virtualization, or ask Netcup if their ARM nodes support Virtual Host Extensions (VHE). I'd be really surprised if Neoverse N1 didn't have VHE.
Help find Astro a domain day.
I've been looking for a .com for a while now. Ideally for personal domains I like to atleast own the .com and .net.
Any recommendations for short .com that are available? Just tryin my luck with my fellow BF crusaders.
To replace another VPS. Thanks @ShockHosting and @beanman109
Yo waddup nerds
help me find my dream domain.
