Why not use a service designed for this use case, like Amazon SES? It offers better deliverability and won’t block you just for sending an email with 'test smtp'.

  • @jar said: Don't follow my signature thinking you'll get better service for that, you'll actually get worse.

    Sales department destroyed.

@jar has just completely ruined TICKTOCK tockticker on NUSDACK.

Just use Amazon SES, that's going to be $1.50 for your 15000 emails.

People here complained that lately it's not that easy to get out of sandbox :D

I’m one of them. Paying client in good standing since many years as well.

Probably would have gotten approved if I kept on replying to get ’another look at it’ etc but I won’t be spending days to please be allowed to give them more money..

You deserve thanks for that. It is good for potential customers to know that NameCrane proactively protects its email delivery reputation.

I completely agree... @Hernan you have done the lowendtalk community a valiant service, by showing that @Francisco and @NameCrane will proactively protects its email delivery reputation, to ensure that their customers get the reliable service they paid for... By forsaking a quick buck.

@Hernan this whole thread is only going to result in the opposite happening. You have only improved @Francisco and @NameCrane reputation.

Amazon is becoming a company where customers are no longer able to communicate with people that can solve their problems, but only communicate with outsourced script readers.

You just need a 20+ year old prime account. That changes things, when you have problems...

That would be an improvement over the 'support chat bot' that seems to have taken over customer support everywhere..

What exactly does "considered direct clients" mean?

Excellent for you and other people that like to pay to a company that disrespects you, doesn't answer your enquires, and makes fun of your questions. On my side I have purchased such service from the provider BlueHost. One question, one answer with full explanation, service purchased. No jeopardize at all, no TICK TOCK comparison.

Name dropping BlueHost = not helping your case.

I do not understand how some questions would "jeopardize" anyone on a 15k email list.

    By your previous statements...

You come off like you have woken up from a coma and are trying to explain the newfangled "email marketing" as if you were back in the late 1990's.

After explaining in detail you didn't answer, and started asking about TICK TOK products, that have nothing to do with our activities!!! You jeopardize your customers life!!!! This was our fist answer:
I am after a server so to deliver our newsletter and announcements to distributors and partners (about 15 thousands).
    Definitions:
Distributors: Companies that distribute our products/patents/digital products. They promote and resell, and obtain a share of the price.
Partners: Companies that add value to our products.
Customers: The ones who purchase the products.
They have register with us, they register with us when they start business with us.
    Does this explanation clarifies?

Nobody has 15 thousand distributors and partners, not even Apple or Google. Red flags triggered

  • I do not understand how some questions would "jeopardize" anyone on a 15k email list.

wrong number, that is the average number of subscribed members for each product line

    They went real technical...

In the future, to prove you're not a Spammer, you just have to say it's an opt-in newsletter and you have a record of every single opt-in confirmation. That's been the minimum requirements for at least a decade to be within most country's anti-spam laws.

That's five different products/interests. Red flags triggered.

    Err...

So on average 15k for each product line...

    How many product lines?

  • kevindskevinds Member, LIR

    @bit said:>

By including the definitions of the words in a business context.

So, "I do not understand how some questions would "jeopardize" anyone on a 75k email list."

Still valid question. I don't think "jeopardize" means what you think it means.
