Namecrane - they keep asking questions and investigating your side, insane

During my search for a email server so to handle some newsletter and subscription marketing email tools, I contacted NAMECRANE.
I explained my needs (send notifications, newsletters, and announcements to partners and affiliates, 15 thousands), and their first thing they did was to question from where I obtained that list. I explained that they are customers with straight relationship. Then they asked if it was related to TICKTOCK PRODUCTS.. They never quoted nor recommended a plan or give a straight answer to my request.
Wasted time, they never answer your questions, they ask and ask. More than 12 hours of wasted time for an answer that never comes. Flee from NAMECRANE.

You're asking to send 10's of thousands of emails through us for marketing. We ask to confirm how you sourced the emails. We do that for our shared users, we do that for the cranemail users.

That's completely a normal question to ask. They ain't gonna send spam behalf of you. They will have to confirm from where you gathered the emails and if they were single opt in or double opt in

Distributors: Companies that distribute our products/patents/digital products. They promote and resell, and obtain a share of the price.
Partners: Companies that add value to our products.
Customers: The ones who purchase the products.
They have register with us, they register with us when they start business with us.

6+ years with namecrane now almost.. They do answer your questions!
This is sane behavior. They're not your IP addresses and even if they rented dedicated ones, you can't just have single spammy IPs in a range and expect the rest to keep a high reputation. What you are doing deserves scrutiny to make sure they are not screwing over every other customer.
Don't follow my signature thinking you'll get better service for that, you'll actually get worse.

They can be considered direct clients yes. I assumed that I did explain that on my very first message.
On special dates or periods that they don`t want to receive any more messages (eg Holiday leave) they UNSUSCRIBE so not to receive more messages, and after they return the request to continue receiving the emails, that's the way they operate. I am not aware that they report messages as SPAM.
And you started to ask about TICK TOCK PRODUCTS!!!!
I didn't start any fight, just related our experience with a provider that we don`t recommend.

You're getting insanely angry for us asking 4 questions.
Questions most other email providers will ask you similar (though maybe not as specific).

Not angry at all. You are unprofessional. It is good to know that you take as funny cases what your prospect customers request. That´s why I prevent other members of lowendtalk with our experience. You can ask whatever you want, all providers ask questions, but the TICK TOCK comparison is absolutely unprofessional.

Just use Amazon SES, that's going to be $1.50 for your 15000 emails.
