    I have still issues on your BF VPS. One VPS seem working better with less packets loss so I take some time to do some bench. That's pretty easy configuration with a simple VPN passing trough your VPS.

    That's the result from the same computer/connection on my side and same destination just using your VPS and another VPS for compare speed. UDP VPN only so shouldn't have any issues with NAT/firewall/ddos or any other features.

    Your with only 1 service running :
    Dec-24 52:10

    Dec-24 53:08
    Dec-24 54:56
    Start up time : 2m46 (almost unusable with about 100kb/s bandwidth)

    Other VPS with already 5 services running in background :
    Dec-24 01:08
    Dec-24 01:10
    Dec-24 01:14
    Dec-24 01:30
    Start up time : 22s (about 15MB/s available same configuration with same 1GB VPS speed)

    Another issue detected input MTU is right about 1500 that's fine.
    But output MTU is at about 1476 something look wrong try to enable jumbo frame if you use vlan or any other flag in the packet header for keep the standard 1500 packet size on your output interface.

    I received a strange email yesterday.

    After that, I was able to submit a ticket (which I couldn't do before), but after submitting it, it seems I was suspended again without any notification (I can't reply to the ticket.).

    There was a problem with our emails yesterday, no VPS was suspended.

    Please send RayID, or IP via email, and we will check it.

    If a question like this is asked I think there is a reason, Our technicians will help you solve your problem as soon as possible.

    Today after more than a month of problem-free uptime following the changes we applied at the router level, there were two drops of a few seconds, which seem to have left some problems, But we are continuing to work on a fix.

    Since we changed our router, so for 22 days there have been no more problems, and there won't be any more.

    If you prefer a company that lies about its uptime, Removing issues from their status page when they are resolved, well, as i said, you're in the wrong place.

    We honestly give little weight to negative reviews on Trustpilot, since there are few of them and most of them are false, as we can easily demonstrate.
