There was once my neighbor and i saw an old lady in our neighborhood on a mobility wheelchair which had a dead battery and couldn't move. So we took turns to push her back but for some reason the wheelchair motor was really tough to push when it's off; not in neutral freewheel mode. took all our strength for about 20mins or so we finally reached her lift, went up and settled her in her apartment and left her wheelchair to charge. turns out she has children but they don't visit her. City life is sad but oh well
