AvaHosting suspended my vps

I bought a promo VPS here in BFCM

to run a VPN for torrenting, because they allow VPN with 100Mbps unlimited bandwidth and DMCA Ignored

Yes. As long as you follow our rules and the local laws (Republic of Moldova), we allow freedom of speech, VPN.

Then, after a few days, they accused me of a DDoS attack and suspended my VPS (paid for one year), with no chance to reactivate it.

Could this be considered fraud?

    It could be a false positive
    Or it could be that you're lying
    Or, you were hacked and sent out DDoS without you knowing
    Or 1000 other reasons

    Same being suspended today. They said Microsoft sent an abuse report to them that accused me to send a DoS attempt to "GET /connecttest.txt".

    Not allowing me to send one million SPEECH requests to a server is A SEVERE ATTACK ON MY HUMAN AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF FREE SPEECH.

    Running the same program with 20+ other providers, and none of them complain. They just lying because I'm using high traffic (but it's 100Mbps unlimited)

    I think they ban all repeated requests in host 176.123.0.130, because they can't find who did it 🤣

    I checked to see if my AvaHosting Moldova idler is still up and running, only to realize that I'm actually hosted with AvenaCloud Moldova. How the fuck one can know with so many similar names? :P

    Maybe there's a network issue making Windows test the connection very often which they precieved as a DDOS attack? Weird honestly
