@HostSailor - 24 hours have passed. Maybe your website bugged.

plenty of space is still available.

  • Ticket #AY878452. Please reply

  • I have placed three orders. The CPU performance is good, but the network is not very stable at the moment and the traffic is too little. Can the traffic be doubled or increased a little bit?

i had same experience yesteday... it takes a few hours waiting for the stable...and now running nice..

Checked with support and bandwidth is only calculated using the VPS's outbound traffic.

With the CPU so strong I'll be using this VPS regularly so I chose to Limit it's UL Rate to 4000Kbps (3.6Mbps) which is 130% of the 1TB monthly. Went with 130% cause I do sleep sometimes lol.

So 1TB limit is for outbound & Inbound is unlimited?

  • I envy you. I bought it yesterday and it is still pending.

Do you have any other locations available. Ordered the NL one, would love another one with you in another dc for redundancy.

Past servers In had with you were great. Thanks for this great offer!

Our current offer is limited to the Netherlands, but we plan to add more locations .

Thanks. Will keep an eye out!

May I ask, have you withdrawn from other locations? I find the prices very attractive but would like to know what other locations are available?

    Thanked by 1Margery

Remember to change your network card to Virtio in the control panel.

1TB outbound only as per support.

I'm waiting on the Commodore for quite a while now.

Live support just told me it's for both Inbound + Outbound... lol

  • I'm on kvmnvme05.hostsailor.com : the VPS is "online" as per the SolusVM panel - and I can even VNC into it, but network isn't working.

Tried reinstalling, manually configuring the network, trying to install through ISO etc.

I've had plenty of VPS over the years, this is the first one that comes without internet connectivity. :p

Happened to me on c1v. It allegedly was a bad template. Maybe try a different OS/version?

I'm still waiting patiently for my tiny boat to set sail. Maybe if I wait long enough I can leave port in calm seas and clear skies.

For some strange reason my login credentials are not working. After I made a ticket for provisioning, somehow I got logged out of the panel and I cannot log back in with the same credentials I used while registering. As their mail system is borked, forgot password is a no-go as well. Waiting for @HostSailor to wake up to resolve this mess

    @andylim said:
@HostSailor I paid Invoice #390555 by Paypal. After payment, I couldn't access my account. I tried password reset but no email was sent to me.

Okay I'm not alone, I thought I type wrong credentials but likely it's a problem on their end.

The funniest thing is that they asked me to email them directly for looking into the issue, but how can I do this when they are facing email delivery issue? No update will be notified.

Luckily I can submit ticket to them without login and I can track it by refreshing the ticket URL.

Hmm... I've reset password just now since they were able to send emails again, but still have no idea why my password and yours were "wrong".

  • @fitkoh said: Maybe try a different OS/version?

Tried multiple OS and versions. Even manual installation. Didn't work obviously.

buy it before it goes out of stock.

  • Every time i log in and see my service is still pending.

It's no biggie though I'd rather wait then have it deployed without internet.

I just ordered one 2 hours ago. Make sure you set annual billing or the coupon won't work.
