For some strange reason my login credentials are not working. After I made a ticket for provisioning, somehow I got logged out of the panel and I cannot log back in with the same credentials I used while registering. As their mail system is borked, forgot password is a no-go as well. Waiting for @HostSailor to wake up to resolve this mess

There does seem to be an email issue yes. It was alright at first but I'm not getting any emails now either.
my first order was instant as well, the second one is still pending, even I paid using paypal I didn’t receive any email about the order or the invoice.

Okay I'm not alone, I thought I type wrong credentials but likely it's a problem on their end.
The funniest thing is that they asked me to email them directly for looking into the issue, but how can I do this when they are facing email delivery issue? No update will be notified.
Luckily I can submit ticket to them without login and I can track it by refreshing the ticket URL.

I had the same issue. After getting the wrong credentials error, changing the language below the login fields somehow logged me back in.
Well here nothing work can't even go to their site i always end up with 403 Forbidden
