We are reviewing orders placed into manual review queue in batches, I think yours got already approved, but I generally do not see this as "issue" - basically order gets submitted, sent for fraud checks to MaxMind, and if MaxMind score is higher that it should be, which cloud be due to several reasons, including usage of non-residential IP address etc... it is marked for Manual Review. Otherwise it is automatically accepted.
Currently have 20 technical dept. tickets to answer, after answered will start processing the billing/sales ones.
