need some advice guys
For a vps transfer a person here sent me a payment with a shipping address in PayPal transaction email that also had a fee deduction despite my instructions to mark it as for friends and family. He tells me Indian Paypal doesn't allow friends & family. I wud have lived with the fee but the presence of a shipping address is putting me off. I doubt in case of a dispute PayPal will understand the non shippable dynamics of a vps. Can the person rerverse this transaction?
I am wondering if i shud honor the transaction and move on with handing over the vps or refund him. The guy has been here since 2019 but only has 4 comments, I am confused.

this scenario is the other way around, US ppl cannot send friends & family to India, but can Indians send?
From what I remember reading about: PayPal in India "closed" for individuals domestic payments (they have gov system for that iirc - UPI) and went into "international business payments". Also as business you can't have "balance" there and it's automagically cashed out daily or something like that.
So the F&F lacking is probably true, the shipping address is there because he paid for a service/good according to PayPal going around gov rules. How does disputes there works? No idea.

They can actually send it but omit the need for a shipping address. It gives that option.
