But then on the website it's the same 1T/2T

It's the BLACK-FRIDAY-2024-NL-AMD-EPYC-7002-3C-6GIB-75GIB-24TIB Plan that can get additional disk and traffic.
Still the best BF deal I snagged. I mean the 7$/year VPSes are nice and cool, but I don't have a usecase for them, so I rather leave them for someone else

The IPv4 NAT Storage VPS specs were pretty suitable other than being too tight as have another TB of backups I could throw on there, plus was thinking some extra space to grow over the next couple of years would be reassuring.
To give you an idea I was interested in something about 1.5x the cost... so an extra couple of TB (and potentially a bump in ssd) for another 48-54€ if it's possible to add to the order I already made? I suppose you at least know I'm a genuinely interested customer as already put money (let's call it a deposit...) down

I have NAT storage and "normal" VPS there. No issues.
They are fast on updating status page when something goes down... and it's all green.
I think you should investigate and open a ticket.

I just bought a Netherland VPS from you guys.
Your network is very unstable, and I experience a lot of packet loss when pinging my service from another Datacenter, almost 10%.
It's almost unusable at this stage.
