The server is up again. I am looking into what happened. There was never a real outage of the server, however the firewall for some reason decided to filter every port making it inaccessible.
Maybe a silly question.. Is it possible to run python scripts on a cpanel or directadmin storageBox? And if so, is it possible to install python libraries? I'd like to run a python file triggered by a php file.

This is what I found on the status page:
We are currently experiencing a outage of 3 of our 9950X systems. We are likely looking at a blown fuse in the datacenter. The technicians are called to get this resolved shortly.That error message is unrelated and is already resolved yesterday.
It seems like MySQL crashed due to a known bug. For some reason the monitors that are setup did not properly notify me of the issue, so I am looking into that.
@labze its again showing the Database error. Yesterday's patch is not upto the mark.
yes down again, maybe you should set up a simple wordpress with woocommerce site for the monitor so can trigger when this issue happen
It is being looked into and seems unrelated to the issue yesterday but might be caused by the fix, idk.
yeah, it's been over 4 hours, and there is no response on the support ticket. i can't track this error because there's no down/error report in the server status page, this is awful.
There's is a status update on status.hostbrr.com. I have replied to many tickets already but time seems better spent than resolving the issue rather than replying to 50+ tickets stating this.
It's a crappy day for this to happen. Right on Christmas. Unfortunately things move slower today.
Issue is that Mysql has become corrupted and it's not just a simple fix.
