Similar situation for us. I once went to BSNL office to disconnect dsl broadband, and opt for fiber connection. They asked me to bring 5 more customers from my locaiton to give me a new fiber conneciton.
Not much hype until chief arrives. Are you busy with work or personal things?
Yes, and extremely valuable after resource/swag giveaways.
Yeah it happens, but i have my own cable running till the main road, and can probably patch up with any provider who has a GC nearby but most of them are either reselling the same network or just BSNL(that too isn't any good for me). My next bet is with a new provider with some recently registered ISP but their network is unstable(was getting 150ms to my HYD node) unless they fix their messed up network i ain't going with them.
RN support did two rDNS updates in two minutes even writing me that it's done. In just two minutes, I would rate it insane.
A mixture of both. My health hasn't been at the best lately as well.
Sure. You are right. In total, how many GAs did you win this time?
First time experiencing RN support?
This first time the job was done within 2 minutes...
You start your own ISP in your area.
May be they were waiting for TrK, got the oppurtunity and immediately fulfilled it.
I didn't have any need contact RN support till now, but almost everybody is praising the support. Kudos to them.
Didn't count. May be 20 +/-? I edited some and gaveaway some.
Whats your count?
Yeah no, handling IRIN and NIXI is a pain to deal with. And ofcourse i am a no log guy so policies will interfere and i will get my license revoked in a month or two.
That's what i thought, given doing rDNS, and writing back on the ticket about it's processed, surely they were active on IP DNS page apart from the ticket center.
The support is awesome, I don't usually contact support unless it has to do with rDNS or canceling an order.
Hello racknerds! I got so many notifications and so many pages to read, Let the party begin!
Show me your Rack! Nerd......
Oh. I see. Mine's usually been very fast since the begginning.
Busy the past few days?
Ha ha. You can do.
Their support system works like live chat it seems.
Hello Frobsy... Join the party.
Which rack.
Might be better than that
RN branded Racks, @dustinc kindly send me one so i can show the RN branded Rack to Nerds.
Nope not gonna happen, even if i end up in a position to handle my own ISP network i will route it from any other location instead of India.
Are you thinking of starting your own datacenter as well with those racks?
A basement datacenter sounds like a fine plan, but then again not feasible with ISPs dumb in India it's a far-fetched dream.
Why?
That sounds naughty hahaha here is my yabs instead
