I don't know what happened on your end, but please take responsibility and handle my ticket. Otherwise, you will lose all credibility. This is truly frustrating,I won't publicly disclose this shocking "professional service" for now. I just hope you can provide a reasonable explanation and compensate for the losses. You have truly disappointed a customer who has supported you for many years.
I still feel like I'm going through a nightmare, even now.

Could you please let me know if the issue with ticket #2676592 can still be resolved? It has been over a month of back and forth communication. Are you just handing the problem off to temporary workers while you sit back and do nothing? Do you really have to force your users to go through PayPal disputes to protect their rights?
