I can confirm my VPS is back up.

  • node04 come back after 3 hours, look like internet problem

  • @Chunkserve any chance you will actually fix the control panel so that VNC works again? Been waiting on a resolution for this for over 5 days and have been unable to use my server at all....

Would be nice to be getting the service I paid for. I don't ask for much, just the panel to work so I can actually use the server as expected.

    Cheers!

  • restock!

  • My vps on node 3 is up as well, hooray!

  • Just to confirm, whenever the server down, it won't come back up itself, have to start the sever from panel manually, this already happened more than once, node 01 and node04.

Yes. This is what I noticed. Now I have to install a monitor to check for status.

I don't mind the hiccups here and there considering the. Price but manually everytime restarting is irritating to be honest.

    Same, also cant access virtualizator/vnc.

Edit: they just posted an update, seems there are issues in their nl dataceter,

    https://status.chunkserve.com/status/chsrv

  • LET monitoring is very reliable. Mine is also down and I can't access the VM panel either.

  • I have a machine in the same datacenter that chunkserve does some of their vps nodes on, and it seems like the whole datacenter lost power a few ten minutes ago. If that will clear something.

  • It does say now:

This issue affects a server that may impact your services

We're aware of the downtime at Qupra Datacenter that we're colocating some of the servers and our core hardware is placed.

  • Seems back. Start the machines guys!

  • Alive!

  • okay so every time I see this thread it is always a network issue.

    Hi!
    https://status.chunkserve.com/status/chsrv
We informed about issues there + on the billing area. We contacted the colo provider and it seems that it's fail on the Qupra DC side. We're monitoring + waiting for additional info. We can also compensate the downtime, please open a ticket on billing area to get +7days.

Well, no rDNS yet on the v6.
Neighter any update on the ticket.
Month and half and still counting. It's a long time waiting to set up the DNS servers...

Unfortunately, i believe it is time to compensate me with something. In a last case, i appreciate a refund. I'm totally disappointed :disappointed:

What's with this sudden IPv6 RDNS craze here? Usually I am the only one ever asking about IPv6 RDNS - and there are sadly lots of providers who don't support that.

This is a thing that the provider promised to configure it, even the v6 subnet has been changed since they got it from another LIR that could do the v6 rDNS (more efficient to configure).
I don't want to criticize anyone's work, but seems the support on the comercial side (.com) of @Chunkserve kinda abandoned, comparing with the polish side (.pl). :disappointed:
