    This is my 5th post here making a formal request.
    If you are sure the upgrades have been processed, can you please provide the steps for one to check and verify within portal.massivegrid.com that this is truly the case?

    When the bonus is processed, the upgrades team replies here to each request. If you didn't get a response in the thread yet, then your bonus hasn't been processed yet, but it'll be processed for sure.

    The upgrades team processes bonuses sequentially so they most probably haven't reached to your post / request here yet. However, if they've responded to your request here and you still haven't gotten the bonus - which most probably doesn't happen, but just in case, please let us know.

    Hence we do not have a clue to know when it is 'upgrades team' replying or 'another team' that is replying.

    If you wanted to know if we received our bonus since our 1st post here on 01 Dec 2024, the answer is NO. This is our 6th post here and we have not received our bonus.

    All the services in Frankfurt will have been migrated next week to the new cluster. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 2 months free service will be applied to all the customers that were affected.

    There is direct reply to every order, which has been processed. Is that somehow to hard to understand?

    If you have not received that reply and confirmation yet, you just have to wait in the queue like everyone else. Posting over and over like the other impatient morons before you will only slow it down even more.

    It's not like the fourth year is arriving anytime soon.
