HostSlim poor customer support

I purchased HostSlim's 4GB VPS black friday special and to be honest, it's been very impressive. Works great, good connectivity, fast IO, etc. etc.

Only issue is their support is absolute crickets. I've tried reaching out to their rep on LET, been following up on their WHMCS panel. I feel absolutely ignored.

Anybody else have this experience with HostSlim?

  • Not recently. Similar experience with a DA hosting product but probably five years ago now. Put it down to getting what I paid for and moved on.

  • cheap price, yesterday I bought hosting for 1 dollar too, and the activation ticket was replied about 1 week maybe, I already forgot about it. hahaha

  • at least the ticket was replied to, which means they didn't completely ignore it
