Seems like Virtono BF event is going really well, congrats.
Doubled bandwidth went away after location change and it is back to 2TB, would it be possible to double it again?
Invoice 103625 did eligible to double BW ? @virtono
It should be better now, on both locations. Can you recheck? Can you also open support tickets with mtr & ping results so we can check the latency and routes?

My general impression is that the hardware is decent (cpu & disk). I also have good connectivity from my home to HK.
But overall, the network isn't great. It has poor upload speed to many locations, and really horrible upload speed ~ 1mbps often enough to be a problem. Also, packet loss issues.
I've noticed this in general use, too, doing backups to my Host-C server. Sometimes I can get a decent route with > 50mbps upload, and sometimes it's stuck at around 1 mbps (or less).
Can you tell me where you have packets loss so we can check?
Thanks
Sure, from the speedtests linked to here:

Here are the tests with 1% or greater packet loss:
And also, here are the tests with less than 5 Mbps upload speed:
We have contacted the Hong Kong NOC, they are working on this.
Thanks
Still active ?
@virtono any update on this? Thank you.
Sorry, I think I missed it. I have doubled your BW!
Please double Bandwidth - Order Number: 4579999690
I have doubled the bandwidth. Thank you
I ran some speedtests on 12/11 and again just now, and compared some of the tests. It would seem network quality is degrading even more.
I too, faced bad route issue with them, finally tired of repeated emails, even I was not even installed anything on the VPS for a while. Just today started using it. apt install took bit longer, may be cache issues. For 160 GB SSD, 8 GB, for the cost, this is reasonable one.
Since route was not solved for me, I too wish to transfer my VPS towards Europe, at least I would get ping about 100 to 140 ms, compared to India to SG about 320 ms now. Typically other networks , we get 40 ms from South India. I got DigiRDP VPS for my wireguard, where my ping is 10 ms. I will initiate transfer request post Christmas, looking for buying at least 3 plus VPS from good providers.
@zGato if you could recommend a location for @virtono VPS in Europe, I would move on there my VPS.
Hardware is the same in all locations, so you're most likely interested in network.
If you don't have any preference, Amsterdam/Frankfurt/London is probably your best bet.
Milan, Copenhagen & Budapest also seem to have good transit to nearby countries.
It mostly depends on your personal preference, honestly.
I'm personally using (in Europe) Bucharest, London, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Budapest, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and they're all fine
@virtono The route issue seems fixed for me. Thank you so much, I will continue from SG location. I wish one more VPS I will contact sales.
If support native IP,better.
After putting in a ticket, Virtono fixed the network issues I was having in Hong Kong (thank you for that).
I was having difficulty with connections stalling and timing out. It was near impossible to download any large file outside of Hong Kong, unless it would keep retrying after failure, and then it would take hours to download 1GB. For example.
Here's new speedtests and benchmarking after the repairs.

There are still some locations with poor upload speeds and packet loss, but overall it's improved.
