I raised a ticket on Saturday (after the network completely deteriorated), and it was quickly resolved then.

I suspect the network was degraded due to all the new servers coming online. It has improved somewhat for me now, also.

The problem will be solved soon. Indeed a part of the issue was the big number of new orders, everyone trying to test the infrastructure and so on. Also some filters and network settings needs to be adjusted on some nodes.

Check the ping time and trace for the IP, I have route issue, they said they will look into as they deal a lot of tickets. Not sure only few networks in India to their data center has bad route or as many. I did request either fix the route or refund, as I want SG machine for Wireguard, Home VPN, SG is 40 ms from me. I feel bad as I did not buy anything except Virtono and DigiRDP. Hope they will fix it, worst case refund. I am not too hurry to push, I wish there must be professional understanding of services. I am not using their VPS yet. Thank you @virtono still for a great offer. Hope we will work long time together.

I asked to have my server moved from SG to HK, and they were kind enough to move it. So far, the network has been better in Hong Kong, for me.

This is the usual procces, more than half of the hosting providers are using the same ordering system, and all have the same order flow.

I think it used to sync with Virtualizor but stopped for some reason?
