Slightly off-topic, but I've been genuinely interested why would you need to "have the same IP for years", ever since you mentioned it.

Why can't you just update DNS to point to the new IP and be done with it? What kind of service is that, unless top secret?

Not top top secret but let's just say external parties whitelist the IP with no automated way to change it. Planning for an IP change would be draining

It wasn't available. The status changed from "unavailable" to "comingSoon"... I bet most people only check that "Status is NOT unavailable".
