Under $7-8/month is the going rate in my area for 50Mbps unlimited fibre.
Hi @samj -- I can confirm this is correct
Also glad to hear that you received quick and professional support. We take pride in our rapid response times, and we'll continue to deliver the best level of service possible.
Awesome stuff @dev_vps -- enjoy, and thank you for sharing this.
I'll be back soon. Gotta take care of some stuff.

Hi @dev_vps -- Really appreciate you sharing this feedback! Happy to hear that you've had a positive experience with our support team
Each team member of ours is truly passionate about what they do, and happy to help. Actually, this reminded me that not too long ago, I did an interview on LEB discussing more about our operations, and how we handle support: https://lowendbox.com/blog/interview-with-racknerd-ceo-dustin-cisneros-the-importance-of-human-interaction-in-customer-service/
While we aren't perfect, we truly believe in maintaining that good old human touch with our customers! As I'm sure you all can agree, nothing beats real human interaction, especially in today's age of AI and automation. We've found that our customers appreciate being able to reach out and get help from a real person who understands their needs
Thank You for the continued trust and business with RackNerd โค๏ธ

@dustinc any renewal offers on Amsterdam VMs?
Its around $5 if converted to USD. The max connection plan we have is 100mbps here as my place is rural area.
The pricing is very similar here, 120mps for $10
Makes sense. You're saved by your latency then.
i am getting $12 for 400mbps but have prepaid for an entire year.
Hi @noob404 -- Thank You for the feedback, and for sharing your experience. For what it's worth, SolusVM does have a copy/paste feature with the HTML5 VNC console - there's a "paste clipboard" button on the top right that can be used, but this must be accessed via SolusVM directly, not via our WHMCS/client area integration.
Like others mentioned earlier, VNC is rarely used on a day-to-day basis anyway - it's mainly there for those emergency situations like when you need OS installation access, or if you've accidentally locked yourself out via SSH/firewall rules. For regular server management, SSH is definitely the way to go.
For my plan they upgraded to 800GB recently. Earlier it was 300GB max, and then 1mbps speed.
At least you have fiber, how much is 100mbps in your area?
The reason I am still at $9 /month 100mbps is that I don't want to prepay for an entire year.
Ooh, that's attractive as well. If that's for Fibre, why not make the move now?
@DaDeveloper - The legend ๐
Interested in another giveaway?
Thank you. I will check out the clipboard, next time I use the VNC.
Everyone is!
