Is there any way to contact hosthatch?
now my important servers are down for almost 1 day
i opened a ticket and sent to many different emails in their department but no response
and one more thing my servers are paid in full no discount
this is really annoying
can someone give me the fastest way to contact them

I texted them via LET and sent the ticket id, but still haven't received a response

This is a good way to ensure a delayed response, with any provider.
Open one ticket, check the "it's an emergency" checkbox, and wait. Only ping the ticket after a day or two.
If you have a discounted Hosthatch plan, then you should be aware that support is slower than full-priced plans. All their posts have a disclaimer about it.

As mentioned in your ticket - unfortunately there is little help we can offer to restore the data of a VM, after the server is already canceled as per your cancellation request. I am sorry, I wish there was more I could do to help.
