Check the ping time and trace for the IP, I have route issue, they said they will look into as they deal a lot of tickets. Not sure only few networks in India to their data center has bad route or as many. I did request either fix the route or refund, as I want SG machine for Wireguard, Home VPN, SG is 40 ms from me. I feel bad as I did not buy anything except Virtono and DigiRDP. Hope they will fix it, worst case refund. I am not too hurry to push, I wish there must be professional understanding of services. I am not using their VPS yet. Thank you @virtono still for a great offer. Hope we will work long time together.

@zGato They said they look into initially as well. I am not expert in this area. This is first time to use trace and WinMTR in fact, they asked me to use this WinMTR for troubleshooting. Honestly, I lost my brain due to poor sleep due to work, also watching over @FAT32 mega thread, it was nice time. no regret if they no. let us see.
Maybe take that as a sign that the ordering process is completely backwards: the hostname should be the last thing to fill out, not the first. And it would be nice to be able to change the hostname after ordering.

Still the nasty "Please check your email and follow the link to verify your email address." - but no mail ever gets sent. Tested with three different addresses, from two mailhosts - no cigar. @virtono is your mail-sending functionality even working?
These emails appear to get sent "from virtono.com ([144.76.202.85])", have you tried contacting your mailhosts to check if they block those emails.
My mailhost is OVH (and I've disabled any of their filtering/anti-spam/whatever crap feature I could). Have you ever tried contacting OVH support?
