It’s likely their team is currently occupied with backend tasks due to the Black Friday rush. I believe they need to update the correct image in their reference source to resolve the issue, similar to how dropdown currency images are handled. Additionally, I noticed a few gaps in the client's Virtualizor, such as missing location details or sometimes incorrect configuration tabs, not big deal
While these issues don’t seem to have a significant impact on the client experience at the moment because at the end good VPS/Server quality matters more with active support which is nice but they do give an impression of being slightly outdated and less refined from a business perspective.
@Chunkserve, whenever you have some time, it would be great to address these small details. I genuinely want your reviews and sales to continue to thrive, especially given the outstanding support you’ve recently provided in my case, +1

If you want an unresponsible host that "restocks" unlimited, go to MassiveGrid. I think Chunkserve does it responsively and tries to solve issues that have arisen first, and goes for sustainable growth instead of just getting more and more customers (and thus getting more and more issues that he can't cope with).
I don't have a VPS with ChunkServe, if I had the chance with one of the offers I'd probably have one. But still I'm happy with this way of doing things, because there will come a day that I can grab one of his offers. A pity it hasn't been in this round, but there will be more in the future I think.
At least they're not overselling.

My VPS and Client Portal (billing.chunkserve.com) are down, so I can't even open a ticket. I hope that it's a temp problem because of BF.
Can confirm the client portal is down but thankfully my vps is still up and running
Node 03 looks stable to me. Not 100% up time but whenever someone mention downtime, my VPS still up.

HI! We didn't see any issues on the nodes side; regarding panel, we restarted the queue and it's working.
Yesterday, we faced a network issue regaring hardware fault of core router. We mitigated the issue and moved the prefixes to the spare one; everything from ~ 15:30 yesterday @ Europe/Amsterdam time, should work even better!

Interestingly, I can ping the gateway (
2a0f:85c1:840::1) from my VPS and also from outside - so maybe a misconfiguration so it doesn't forward packets?v6 is back!
I had to stop and start the VPS to get it working.

Unfortunately, after a month with a ticket opened, my IPv6 rDNS it is still not configured.
Every time that i need my ticket to be replied, i need to ping to check it out.
I've realized that you have been a bit inactive, but can you handle this with some urgency?
I really like this host, but i'm starting to get disappointed due to lack of support.
mine was smooth. asking ipv4 rdns using ticket, after giving them ping result only need them couple hour for my rdns configured.
Hi, please DM me your ticket ID. As I remember, I was handling couple of IPv6 RDNS tickets, informing, thst it’s not possible on the current subnet. Recently, we announced another prefix, and we will be able to do it! - thst is the cause of the delay. There is no situation, where we didn’t reply for such time

5+ Days my server is inaccessible.
Like we discussed initially it did respond to pings. Now it doesn't any more. Virtualizor too is broken for this one server.
DM'd it even before the post. For now, it is just a question to assign the new subnet.
